Registration can be done through our website, front desk or via phone. All registrations must be accompanied by complete registration information, 50% deposit, and a credit card to be kept on file in our secure database. Late registrations will be accepted at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis provided there is room remaining in the program of interest.
ULTIMATE PLAYER PASS CARDS
All players are required to have an ULTIMATE PLAYER PASS CARD to play in our leagues. Managers are required to submit rosters and photos for each player playing in our leagues. Rosters can be filled out online and photos emailed to Haley at email@example.com. Your cards will be processed and presented to your manager at your first game. The cost is $10.00 per player. The card is valid for one year.
Managers are to collect all of our league and player card fees. All session fees and player card balances are due in full no later than the 2rd game of the session. Outstanding balances after this deadline will be charged to the card on file. In the event we are not able to collect these funds by way of credit card, one attempt to collect will be made with the manager. Thereafter teams will be removed from the schedule and all funds collected to date will be retained by Ultimate Soccer Arenas. League fees include game play, scheduling, officiating, and field time. Player card fee is $10 per player on your roster. Number of games per session are outlined in detail on our website.
